Strategy, AI & go-to-market

Strategy and AI capability for those who usually can't access it: founders, smaller companies, and the investors backing them. Core fields: AI, semiconductors, defense.

In large organizations I work at business-line level, not corporate-wide: customer acquisition, partner strategy, social media systems. From a single expert call to mandates and interim roles. One of my fields is Ukraine, where development cycles are shortest: market access, partners, investment targets.

Building, not just advising

I build, launch and operate ventures of my own, from publishing to platforms, with my own capital in the game. Real markets keep my judgment calibrated: I advise on things I also do.

About me

Physicist, strategy consultant and operator: I've developed strategies at McKinsey and Roland Berger, and executed them myself as a product owner at Infineon, with international teams and customers across the US, Europe, the Middle East, China, Japan and Korea. Today I bring both sides together on my own account. In addition, I serve as volunteer chairman of Frontline 4x4 UA e.V., a non-profit delivering humanitarian aid into Ukraine: logistics under conditions that leave no room for theory.
